Snow....finally!

YAY! We finally got some snow and a day off from school!  Of course, it is gorgeous today and most of it has melted, but we enjoyed it while it lasted!  David was not too sure about the snow....enjoy the pics!

OK, I've been a huge slacker with the blog lately.  Let me catch up you on Upward Basketball.  Nicholas is having a GREAT time!  He has learned so much!!!  We have been so impressed with the Upward Program at Rainbow Forest Baptist Church - WOW!  What an awesome outreach program!

David turned 9 months yesterday!  It is so hard to believe that he is that old.  He is crawling, just cut a top tooth and a third one on the bottom.  Nicholas thinks he will be walking in a couple of weeks.  things have been much better with all of his allergies.  Still dealing with some dry skin, but nothing like what it was before.

We went to Sears for his monthly pictures...Nicholas went too.  He was a huge help and they let him in on a few pictures.

I decided that today was the day to take the boys to Sears for a brother picture.  Well, Nicholas was okay with it and did a great job.  David on the other hand decided he would go with it...but not smile.  He looked at the photographer like she was NUTS!  The normal lady we have wasn't there...I was so disappointed!  But we were able to choose a couple cute ones....we got the one that had Nicholas sitting and David in his lap.  We also got the one where they are laying on the brick.  But we did crop out my hand :-)  You will notice at the end that Nicholas was allowed to do some fun shots since he was so good!

Christmas Day

We had a wonderful Christmas!  The day started off with a visit from Santa and too many presents.  We headed to church for a beautiful candlelight service.  The Goodman Family Christmas Party (my mom's family) was at our house.  We had the BEST game of Dirty Santa ever!!!  Nana and Grandaddy came over that night to see what Santa brought.  It was a great day - church, family, good food....a great way to celebrate a wonderful birthday!  We didn't take very many pictures...here are the few that we took...enjoy!
