Tooth Fairy...

Nick lost his first tooth :-)  It has been loose for about a month.  Today, we noticed that it was barely hanging on.  I leave Sunday for volleyball camp and was determined that he would lose it tonight and not while I was gone!!!  I couldn't miss our first visit from the Tooth Fairy.  To make a long story short...he would only let me wiggle it...but I couldn't resist (and after hearing that a fellow mom had done this to her son :-)  I pulled it!!!  He freaked out at first, then thought it was the coolest thing in the world!  Enjoy the pics!

New pics...busy summer!

We are having a great summer.  I just finished up the Little Viking Volleyball Camp.  Nick came with me and participated as a camper...WOW!  He was so big and did such a great job.  I was so proud of him!  Now he is ready for football camp at the end of the month.

Nick turns SIX!

Hard to believe, but Nicholas turned SIX on June 24th.  We've had a weekend full of birthday fun.  We started out Friday with a lunch to El Toreo with Chrystal and Ellie.  I hate that I forgot my camera because our friends at El Toreo sang to him and popped the paper bags.  He thought it was really cool!  Friday evening we took him to see Cars 2 in 3D.  He invited Ryan to go with him - they had a BLAST!  They were very well behaved in the movie theatre...I was impressed!  After the movie we grabbed some pizza at Pizza Hut and then came home for them to play games.  Saturday was Nicholas' birthday party.  We had it at the Salem Red Sox game.  I was not sure what I had gotten myself into...but it was GREAT!  The weather was perfect and the kids had a great time.  Nicholas is so lucky to have such great friends!!!  Thanks to everyone that could come!!!

I love looking in on my boys each night once they are asleep.  OK, I know that sounds very stalk-ish...but they look so sweet and peaceful.

T-ball comes to an end....

Tonight was the end of the season banquet for the NR Cubs.  Nicholas had a great time.  He learned so much, made some great friends, and most of all had FUN!  Jeremy really enjoyed his first coaching experience and has already agreed to help with football in the fall.  Thanks to Coach Gary for everything!

We went to Splash Valley Sunday night...but never got to go in because of storms in the area.  But no worries - we went back Monday night and had a BLAST!!!
